Usually, yes. Our team is small by design, so the coordinator who quotes your trip is often the same person who confirms it and stays reachable while you travel.
All our driver-guides work directly with us on a regular basis, not through a third-party agency reshuffled trip to trip — this is part of why they’re familiar with our standards and your itinerary in advance.
Where possible, yes. Let our coordinator know at the time of booking and we’ll try to assign the same driver-guide, subject to their availability on your travel dates.
Our coordination team is comfortable in English, and several of our driver-guides are as well. For international travellers, we try to assign an English-speaking driver-guide wherever possible — just mention this when enquiring.
You’ll have a direct phone number for your coordinator before your trip begins, reachable throughout your journey — not a generic helpline.
